Experienced team
Our experienced team has worked on a broad range of telecommunications projects in Australia and overseas over the last 20 years. Combining specialist property, planning and project management skills with strong industry knowledge, we have a clear understanding of the commercial and technical factors influencing telecommunications development.
Patrick Scott, Director of Commsite Estates, is highly experienced in identifying the key factors which need to be addressed in regard to any existing or proposed facility. He has the ability to manage the often divergent views of various parties and develop strategies to deliver outcomes which are acceptable to the carrier and most importantly to you the property owner.
Patrick holds a BSc (Honours) degree in Urban Land Economics. Patrick is also a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). The RICS is an international organisation for professionals involved in land, valuation, property, construction and environmental issues. Members must have the highest standards of professional training and follow a strict code of professional conduct at all times.
